BRG was a proud sponsor of the American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Section’s 2024 Annual Conference. The conference included more than twenty dynamic programs highlighting aspects of litigation.
Three BRG experts spoke on panels on May 2:

- Dr. Shireen Meer presented during “Privilege! Experts! Ethics!: A Deposition Game Show” with Hon. Brian M. Cogan (US District Court for the Eastern District of New York), Beatrice Franklin (Susman Godfrey LLP), Kail J. Jethmalani (Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider LLP), Abbye K.
