Kyle Reid

Kyle Reid has more than thirty years of experience and has developed extensive transaction experience serving as an adviser to companies all over the world.

He has been involved with more than five hundred buy- or sell-side transactions for over one hundred different private equity investors, hedge funds, lenders, and strategic corporate acquirers. The majority of his client engagements have been in the middle market and across several industries, and he has deep expertise in energy and industrial products.

Mr. Reid provides transaction-related diligence and quality of earnings analysis that typically include a blend of commercial, financial, operational, and tax services combined to utilize across the transaction life cycle. He has advised on types of transactions including stand-alone platforms, carve-outs of business segments, bankruptcy auction processes, and mergers and industry consolidations. He also has advised on target companies ranging from startups to multibillion dollars in revenue.
