David Zion is a director in Berkeley Research Group’s Atlanta office. He has more than forty years of experience in the design and construction industries.

His project experience includes work on significant aviation, broadcasting, commercial, corporate, distribution, educational, gaming, governmental, healthcare, hospitality, laboratory, industrial, public safety, retail, sports, transportation, and telecommunications projects for Fortune 500 and Department of Defense clients.

Mr. Zion provides project risk management and construction dispute consulting services for corporations, governmental organizations, owners, developers, contractors, insurers, and design firms. Mr. Zion has testified on standard of care issues for design and construction professionals, building function, defective designs, evolution of design, construction defects, trade coordination, allowance reconciliation and change order entitlement issues for matters in Canada and the United States.
