John Schlant

John Schlant is a Director in BRG’s Corporate Finance practice and is based in New York.

He has rendered advisory services on behalf of both debtors and creditors in restructuring contexts involving companies in a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Power, Government Contracting, Gaming, and Apparel.

In the course of both in­ court and out-of-court restructuring processes, Mr. Schlant has provided key decision support to company management, boards of directors and lenders; interfaced with constituent parties; facilitated asset sales; and managed significant workflows involving financial scenario analysis, bankruptcy recoveries, cash flow forecasting, valuation, cost rationalization and profit margin assessment.
