Megan Jack specializes in the application of economic, accounting, and financial principles to commercial litigation matters and forensic investigations.
She has more than ten years of litigation consulting and financial advisory experience related to a wide range of matters, including commercial damages, forensic and investigative accounting, fraud investigations, accounting and auditing issues, and financial services.
Ms. Jack has significant experience evaluating economic damages such as lost profits analyses, breach of contract allegations, valuation issues, and intellectual property disputes. She also has been involved with many forensic accounting matters and complex accounting issues, such as investigating alleged fraud, assessing revenue recognition issues, and reconstructing financial statements. In addition, Ms. Jack has experience providing consulting and advisory services in the financial services industry, including assisting in the evaluation of residential mortgage-backed securities, reviewing residential mortgage loan re-underwriting, evaluating internal controls, and assessing the application of regulatory rules and guidance.
