Laura Gudaitus is an associate director in BRG’s Financial Institution Advisory practice.
Ms. Gudaitus has more than fifteen years of professional experience with data analysis, report development, and technology solution implementation across multiple industries, including banks, mortgage servicers, private equity firms, student lenders, and captive insurance firms. Her subject-matter expertise includes consumer finance regulatory compliance (with a special focus on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)), the software development lifecycle, agile development, and data analysis and manipulation.
Ms. Gudaitus focuses on assisting financial institutions with modernizing their processes via technology enablement. For example, she has developed and implemented various data analytics and automation solutions, such as daily compliance monitoring products, automated FCRA analytics, and key risk indicator (KRI) dashboards. Ms. Gudaitus led the implementation of a compliance monitoring product for one of the largest private equity firms in the world, working as the technical lead for tool implementation and program upgrades, as well as day-to-day management of subservicers’ data and performance.
