Christopher Brophy is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years of experience assessing lost profits and damages.
He has extensive experience in nearly all industries, including manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, retail, healthcare, hospitals, construction, chemical, and oil and gas. He has calculated damages for insurance matters resulting from property damage, business interruption, fidelity losses, builder’s risk, political risk, and FEMA matters. He has served as an expert witness and testified in depositions and trial.
Mr. Brophy has quantified damages for significant matters throughout the United States and around the world, including in Germany, Chile, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Libya, and Bermuda. He has worked on insurance matters resulting from hurricanes in the United States (Harvey, Michael, Irma, Maria, Sandy, Katrina, Gustav, Ike, Frances, Charlie, Jeanne, Iniki and Andrew), typhoons, and floods, as well as individual matters.
