Chris Goodrich is a member of BRG Corporate Finance and helps clients navigate complex financial and operational challenges during periods of uncertainty.
Mr. Goodrich specializes in liquidity and capital structure assessment, business plan development and analysis, restructuring and performance improvement, cash management, working capital improvement, and valuation. He has experience across a range of industries including specialty finance, automotive, retail, investment management, commercial and residential real estate, brand management, and software development.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Goodrich spent more than six years as an executive at the private investment arms of two family offices. As chief executive officer of a privately held consumer lending firm, he built a small startup into a leading consumer finance player (named to the Inc. 5000 in 2019 and 2020). He later served as an executive director at one of the United States’ largest commercial real estate firms, where he worked closely with the CEO, chief financial officer, founder, and board of directors. Mr. Goodrich was a senior member of the firm’s real estate team, as well as the only resource dedicated to managing investments for the company’s foundation, one of the five largest operating foundations in the United States with almost $3 billion in assets.
