Oil, Gas and Energy Summit 2023

Santiago Dellepiane delivered the seminar “Legal and Regulatory Security: The Perspective of International Arbitration” as part of the academic presentations to the 2023 6th Oil, Gas and Energy Summit (Cumbre del Petróleo y Gas). He discussed the high historic prevalence of energy-sector cases in international arbitrations in Latin America and issues of investors’ expected returns in the region.
