Dr. Pasha Ameli is a director in BRG’s Global Construction practice. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with ten years of experience in construction advisory and project management, forensic construction claim investigations, quantification of damages, estimation of cost to repair, and internal audits.
Dr. Ameli has extensive experience in preparation of construction repair costs based on industry-standard pricing resources and market research in conjunction with liability repairs and property claims, loss of productivity, and analysis of labor and material costs fluctuations as a result of catastrophic events such as hurricanes and wildland fires.
Dr. Ameli has been involved in commercial, residential, and industrial projects, including sport arenas, performing arts centers, solar farms, hospitals, multifamily high-rise, single-family homes, residential condominiums, class A office buildings, hotels, elementary schools, energy savings performance contracts, transit centers, and light rail transits.
