Kai-Uwe Kühn and David Parker will speak at the Centre for Competition Policy’s 2024 conference Regulatory Pivot: Evolving Approaches for Addressing Sectoral Market Failures.
On 13 June Prof. Kühn will chair the session ‘Regulatory Gaps and Competition Overlaps’; on 14 June he will speak on the panel ‘Digital Regulation in a Broad Competition Context’ and discuss his paper Rebutting Gatekeeper Presumptions: How to Disprove Lock-in from Ecosystem and Network Effects.
Mr Parker will speak at the conference’s final session, ‘Regulatory Governance: Where Next?’
