Trey Brown

Trey Brown has ten years of accounting and finance experience, including seven years of experience providing buy- and sell-side deal assistance to both private equity and strategic investors.

Mr. Brown is a director in BRG’s Transaction Advisory practice based in Dallas. He specializes in the healthcare industry, and his primary focus includes financial analysis (quality of earnings, quality of revenue, working capital, and net debt analysis) and data analytics to assist clients through their transaction processes.

Within the healthcare industry, Mr. Brown’s specific sector experience includes medical device manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, physician practices, pharmacies, Medicare Advantage health plans, urgent care centers, and dialysis centers.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Brown was part of a Big Four healthcare transaction advisory services practice for seven years and before that part of that firm’s audit practice.
