Alex Burton is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has been appointed as an expert witness on quantum and quantity surveying matters in the UK Technology and Construction Court and in adjudication proceedings. He has extensive experience in all aspects of change management, including the presentation and negotiation of contractor claims.
