Keming Liang is a director in BRG’s Asia–Pacific Economics & Damages practice and is based in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles and Beijing offices.
He specializes in the valuation of businesses, tangible assets, and intellectual property; assessment of damages; financial statement analysis; solvency analysis; and transfer pricing. He has extensive experience in addressing economic and financial issues in commercial disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, shareholder appraisal right, taxes, patent infringement, lost profits, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties. His work has spanned industries including energy, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, financial services, technology, consumer products, and entertainment and media.
In addition to his work in contentious matters, Mr. Liang’s experience includes providing transaction advisory services and valuation services for fairness opinion and tax and financial reporting purposes.
