John Kapioski

John Kapioski is a healthcare business, operations management, and compliance professional who has over thirty years of experience in roles spanning direct patient care, healthcare services delivery and technology development, and healthcare compliance.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Kapioski focused primarily on internal regulatory compliance and regulatory affairs for prescription benefit managers and mail-order pharmacies, practice settings that have included mail service, retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacies across the United States. Leveraging extensive operational and systems knowledge, he has participated in all aspects of issue identification, investigation, data acquisition and analysis, damage assessment and remediation, implementation of associated process enhancements, policies and procedures, and related monitors and controls. These activities have included state and federal investigations and related matters and have allowed him to develop a unique client-side perspective to working with external consultants and counsel, as well as expert witnesses.

Mr. Kapioski is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHCP), holds active pharmacist licenses in multiple states, and has provided pharmacy board-approved monitor and management consulting services.
