For over a decade, Kelly Lynch has provided litigation, risk advisory, forensic investigation, and business process improvement consulting services to healthcare, life sciences, government contractor, and nonprofit clients.

A member of BRG’s Healthcare community, Ms. Lynch works with clients and their counsel in False Claims Act litigation, disputes, and investigations related to issues such as accounting practices, contract audits, contract terminations, drug pricing and billing, fraud, government and commercial reimbursement, Medicare Part D compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical benefit manager (PBM) operations, and sales and marketing practices.

Within the healthcare industry, she has worked with healthcare providers, compounding pharmacies, mail-order pharmacies, medical equipment suppliers, PBMs, retail pharmacies, skilled nursing facilities, and specialty pharmacies.

Ms. Lynch has performed enterprise risk assessments, business process reviews, and technology audits within the healthcare industry. Using data analytics combined with her deep industry knowledge, she has advised clients in mitigating compliance risks, increasing operational efficiencies, and improving cash-flow management.
