With more than twenty-five years of experience as a national tax advisor for two Big Four accounting firms, George Koutouras has advised corporate and private equity clients on taxation of corporate life-cycle events.
These include acquisitions, integrations, dispositions, reorganizations, spin-offs, distributions, and public offerings.
Much of his large enterprise transaction tax experience applies to corporations of all sizes. He has written for Bloomberg and is an instructor in both the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Golden Gate University Master of Science in Taxation (MST) programs.
