Kevin Hamilton is the leader of BRG’s Global Applied Technology (GAT) practice.
His primary responsibilies involve determining the practice’s technology strategy, developing a worldwide client base, and empowering the team to think outside the box to find solutions.
GAT is a startup practice within BRG that is composed of a geographically dispersed group of developers, technologists, and process improvement professionals who are focused on deploying cutting-edge technology such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation to clients. The team conceptualizes and leads the development of the BRG DRIVETM platform, which is utilized across many entities within BRG to “force multiply” the ability of experts to deliver on client needs.
Mr. Hamilton also leads the Global Healthcare team, which was combined into the broader practice to bring together a clinical and operational expertise with the technology prowess of GAT. In his capacity as leader of the combined practice, his key roles include business development and project execution to enable global hospitals, health systems, and governments to transform their strategies and operations to adapt to the shifting healthcare landscape. He understands different cultural sensitivities to help achieve a successful project sale and delivery.

- Client Service executive and project leader for a comprehensive opportunity identification project to determine operational breakdowns for a client in the United Kingdom. Project work included assembly of disparate system outputs into a robust data warehouse that could be interrogated and shared with client clinical, financial, and informatics executives. Following identification of opportunities, the team is in discussions to transform the identified process breakdowns through a comprehensive project.
