Lisa Mathews

Lisa Mathews is a director in BRG’s Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice.

She has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry and deep expertise in integration management focusing on pre- and post-close activities to help clients realize the value of the transaction. Ms. Mathews has led integration activities including the development of integration tools to manage and track synergies, organize and manage cross-functional work teams, and execute integration deliverables. She has experience in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in service delivery of shared services including organizational structure, establishment of metrics and shared services agreements. She has helped several large health systems, home healthcare providers, and physician groups effectively manage change by developing and implementing communication plans, channels, and messaging for key stakeholders.
