Angie Smith has over twenty years of experience providing valuation and consulting services and specializes in transaction-related valuation opinions for clients in the healthcare provider industry.

For most of her career, she has focused on the healthcare industry, performing valuations for various purposes including transaction advisory, litigation and disputes, regulatory compliance, management planning, tax consulting, bankruptcy, and financial reporting.

Ms. Smith’s extensive healthcare valuation experience includes performing valuation analyses involving numerous types of healthcare provider entities, including dialysis centers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, urgent care centers, imaging centers, and skilled nursing facilities. In addition, she has provided analyses related to various types of contracts and arrangements, including management services, clinical co-management arrangements, medical directorship services, physician executive services, on-call services, and other types of professional services arrangements involving healthcare providers.

Before joining BRG, Ms. Smith was a member of the healthcare valuation and transaction advisory practice for a global consulting firm for over seven years. Prior to that, she spent nine years in the valuation practice at a Big Four firm and also worked for another Big Four consulting firm.
