Cybersecurity Investigation into Theft of NFTs and Cryptocurrency Tokens

Conducted a cybersecurity and forensic accounting investigation on behalf of a major non-fungible token (NFT) exchange following a credential-stuffing attack that resulted in the theft of NFTs and cryptocurrency tokens. Counsel used the results of BRG’s investigation—including an analysis of total monetary loss, movement of crypto assets between wallets, and the client’s response to the attack—to support a successful presentation to the Federal Trade Commission.
