Accounting Expert Rob Cepielik Joins BRG
BRG is pleased to announce that Rob Cepielik has joined the firm’s Health Analytics and Global Investigations + Strategic Intelligence practices and is assigned to its Washington, DC office.
Mr. Cepielik is a forensic accountant whose career spans over thirty years, during which time he assisted numerous companies to address their complex litigation, investigation, and regulatory issues. His services include investigating allegations of financial reporting impropriety, anti-bribery and anti-corruption violations, breach of contract, purchase price disputes, qui tam False Claim Act matters, payor–provider disputes, lost profit, employee theft and defalcations, and other sundry business disputes.

Mr. Cepielik has served in both testifying and consulting roles and has testified in federal and state courts and appeared before arbitration panels. He has met with numerous law enforcement and regulatory agencies and has been an Independent Monitor. He has been engaged on projects with financial implications ranging in value from $1 million to $5 billion.
Mr. Cepielik is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He attended Eastern Illinois University, where he studied accounting, and earned his MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.
