AACE Region 2 Northeast Symposium 2024

Charles Choyce, Que-Anh Pham, and Anton Sibrin presented “Proper and Effective Uses of Recovery Schedules on Construction Projects” on March 22 at the AACE Region 2 Northeast Symposium.

They explored the steps that should be taken to minimize the risk associated with a demand for a recovery schedule, how a contractor should respond to such a demand, how to approach acceleration and schedule development, what to include (and not include) in a recovery schedule, and who pays for the acceleration costs to meet a recovery schedule.
