Women Who Build Summit 2022

The Construction Institute hosted its seventh-annual Women Who Build Summit, an educational networking event that celebrates the success of women in the construction, architecture, engineering, and design industries.

On April 13, Dara Hendrix copresented “The Best Defense Is a Good Offense: Keys to Claims Prevention and Mitigation.” She discussed how change order management plays a critical role in managing disputes on a project and how to avoid a claim turning into a dispute.
