GCR Live: Competition Enforcement in Germany

Konstantin Ebinger spoke in a panel about proposed amendments to Germany’s competition law—namely, the government’s plan to give the Federal Cartel Office (FCO) sweeping sector inquiry powers. He was joined by leading policymakers and corporate counsel to discuss the contents of the new amendments, whether the powers go too far, and how the FCO will use these powers.
