European Commission: Let’s Talk Competition Series

Adina Claici took part in the panel “State Aid Control and Industrial Policy: Irreconcilable or Complementary?”

The European Commission hosted the panel as part of its Let’s Talk Competition series. The panel focused on how state aid is being impacted by the revival of industrial policy goals. Ms. Claici joined Ben Smulders (DG Competition Deputy Director-General for State Aid Policy) and Stéphanie Yon-Courtin (member of the European Parliament and rapporteur of the Competition Policy Report 2023).

The panel was broadcast live on the Commission’s Competition Policy website and YouTube channel.
