Dr. Reed-Arthurs holds a PhD and an MA in economics from the University of California, Davis. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, she was an analyst at a national consulting firm, where she participated in the intellectual property and antitrust practices. She calculated economic damages in cases involving patent and trademark infringement, breach of contract, and antitrust violations and valued intellectual property and other illiquid assets.
