Cross-Examination in International Arbitration – Angles from Lawyers, Experts and Arbitration Institutions

Keming Liang spoke in the forum “Cross-Examination in International Arbitration – Angles from Lawyers, Experts and Arbitration Institutions,” hosted by AllBright Law Offices.

This event (conducted in Mandarin) was held on the occasion of Shanghai Arbitration Week 2022, hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai, and Shanghai Arbitration Association; and organized by Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and China Maritime Arbitration Commission Shanghai Headquarters.

Mr. Liang discussed the drafting of expert reports and preparation for cross-examinations and shared his experience and insights in the context of international arbitration.
