Paris Arbitration Week 2023

BRG was delighted to participate in Paris Arbitration Week, one of the largest international arbitration events connecting the worldwide community of arbitration practitioners.

On March 28, Andrew Webb took part in a panel hosted by Jones Day on “Resource Nationalism in Investor-State Arbitration,” with perspectives from an expert witness, lawyers, and a tax advisor.

Andrés Chambouleyron, Thomas Fearis, Pascale Leymin, Ian Mackie, and Nikola Stambolic also attended the Week.
