Josh Lathrop is an expert in financial and economic analysis who has provided valuation, financial, and economic consulting to attorneys and corporate clients for more than twenty years.
His practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial damages matters.
Mr. Lathrop has testified at depositions and hearings in numerous matters. He has prepared expert analysis in more than ninety litigation or arbitration matters. His experience includes determining damages due to patent, trade dress, trademark, and copyright infringement; valuation of damages due to breach of contract, fraud, and unjust enrichment; and fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) assessment. Mr. Lathrop has been involved in more than a dozen Section 337 matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), including addressing the economic prong of the domestic industry requirement.
