David Mikullitz is a managing director in BRG’s Transaction Advisory practice in Boston.

He has almost twenty years of professional services experience and focuses on executing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services for financial and strategic clients. He has participated in transactions spanning a variety of industries, including business services, manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, and retail and consumer goods and services.

Mr. Mikullitz’s primary focus is on assessing companies’ quality of earnings and working capital requirements through analysis of financial data and discussions with target management. He also analyzes key financial metrics and trends to determine the sustainability of earnings and the growth potential of acquisition targets.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Mikullitz was a senior director with a transaction advisory group and a manager with a transaction service practice.

Mr. Mikullitz earned a bachelor’s degree, with concentrations in finance and accounting (summa cum laude), from Boston College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts.
