Richard Easler has more than twenty-five years of experience in project management and claims consulting for engineering and construction projects.

He has performed a variety of consulting services on both large and small projects, including work on construction project reviews, economic valuation, cost estimating, liability analysis, schedule analysis, and quantification of property and lost profits damages.

Mr. Easler’s consulting services have been performed with a number of different contract types, including fixed-price, cost-plus, time-and-material, and guaranteed-maximum-price contracts. He has testified in support of damages determinations and schedule delay analyses.
