John Dillon has more than twenty years of experience in areas including critical path method (CPM) schedule development and management, CPM schedule delay analysis, expert report preparation, project controls, cost estimating, field engineering, and environmental engineering.
He has provided these services on an array of projects, including power plants, chemical plants, commercial buildings, steel mills, military bases, military ammunition plants, and dam construction and rehabilitation projects.
Mr. Dillon’s current focus involves CPM schedule delay analysis and related damages calculations for complex, multimillion-dollar construction claims, for which he has testified as an expert in both domestic and international arbitrations.
