Patent Infringement Case in Telecommunications Industry

BRG was retained by the plaintiffs in a patent infringement case in the telecommunications industry on behalf of the patentholder. Andreas Groehn provided valuable assistance throughout the case. A favorable settlement was reached for their client three days before trial was scheduled to start.
