Dr. David Sunding is the emeritus Thomas J. Graff Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where he teaches law and economics, industrial organization, and environmental economics in the College of Natural Resources and the School of Law. He twice served as chair of his department and cofounded the Berkeley Water Center and the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Center for Reinventing the Nation’s Urban Water Infrastructure (ReNUWIt) based at Stanford University.
Dr. Sunding is the vice chairman of Berkeley Research Group (BRG), based in the firm’s Boston and London offices. He has over twenty-five years of consulting and testifying experience, with particular expertise in antitrust and competition, product liability, and environmental economics. Further to his consulting efforts, he is responsible for strategic initiatives and practice development in BRG’s global economics, disputes & investigations practices.
