Yasir Khan

Yasir Khan is an associate director at BRG based in Dubai and Kuwait.

He has worked on a wide range of post-M&A disputes across various industries, carrying out financial modelling and valuations, assisting with the drafting of expert reports and critically assessing and responding to valuation reports from other experts.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Khan worked in investment banking, where he gained extensive financial modelling experience, including building and evaluating complex valuation and operating models. His specialisation in corporate finance projects includes a large number of merger and acquisition transactions, in addition to joint ventures and general corporate finance advice to a range of private equity and corporate clients. His M&A experience spans across the real estate and hospitality, consumer and retail, and healthcare sectors.
