Laura Brown Ildefonso

Laura Brown Ildefonso is an associate director in Berkeley Research Group’s (BRG) Antitrust & Competition Policy practice.

Mrs. Ildefonso has more than ten years of experience in litigation services including dispute resolutions, contract litigation, and class action certification. She has managed engagements that required analyzing complex economic fact patterns and formulating theories of anticompetitive harm, including high-profile class action engagements.

Mrs. Ildefonso also has experience in intellectual property disputes, including allegations of patent, copyright, trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, and corporate disputes. Her work spans a wide range of industries including agricultural commodities, payment systems and electronic transactions, industrial metals, pharmaceuticals, health insurance, pharmacy benefit management, and advertising technology.

Mrs. Ildefonso received her MA in economics from George Mason University and BS in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
