Tyler Marshall is a member of BRG’s Health Analytics practice. He focuses on leveraging his technical and analytical capabilities within risk adjustment concepts for Medicare Advantage and Affordable Care Act plans, working on related engagements and interpreting the mechanics of the CMS-HCC and HHS-HCC risk adjustment models.
He applies his understanding of Medicare and commercial insurance–related claims and prescription drug data to lead teams on engagements that require in-depth analyses of large datasets. These engagements have included investigations into provider diagnosing behavior and assessments of the accuracy of reimbursement and financial analyses on the impact of potentially inaccurate claims submissions or diagnoses.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Marshall provided technical, analytical, and strategic insight for litigation consulting matters for more than seven years. He led teams that analyzed complex datasets to create exposure and damage calculation scenarios for large engagements involving major financial institutions, banks, federal agencies, state regulatory entities, and insurers.
