Matthew Moore provides expert witness and strategic consulting services relating to digital forensics, litigation support, and electronic discovery.

As a former litigation associate at an AmLaw50 and Global50 law firm, he has represented high-tech clients in trade secret lawsuits and major financial services corporations in matters with billions of dollars in dispute. He has joined this legal foundation with technical expertise to partner with law firm and corporate clients to efficiently and effectively investigate disputes and drive toward resolution.

Mr. Moore has provided expert deposition testimony related to misappropriation of trade secrets and digital forensics. He has advised clients on other matters including internal investigations, employment disputes, evidence destruction, breaches of contract, and fraud. He has frequently supported clients in their efforts to successfully resolve matters without formal litigation, and he has experience through every stage of the life cycle of a legal dispute. He has worked closely with internal corporate information technology groups to advise, design, implement, and execute data preservation frameworks and streamlined evidence collections workflows for multibillion-dollar companies.

Mr. Moore maintains an active status with the California bar, although not practicing, and holds multiple forensics and technical certifications.
