BRG’s recent report on The Psychological Impact of Remote Hearings considers the views and experiences of lawyers, expert witnesses, and psychologists on remote hearings, across jurisdictions. The participants noted the efficiencies and savings in terms of time and money and indicated a preference for hearings to be either fully remote or fully face-to-face, rather than hybrid.
