Adam Brun is an associate director at BRG in London. He specialises in electronic discovery, forensic technology, investigations, data analytics, data protection and information governance.
Mr Brun has contributed to numerous investigations and testified as an expert witness for courts in Spain. He has extensive experience in managing complex matters involving large and sophisticated data sets and infrastructure. He has worked with a broad range of corporate and private clients, institutions and regulators in jurisdictions worldwide, including the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. These engagements have included large-scale electronic investigations encompassing the analysis of millions of records for thousands of individuals.
Mr Brun offers expertise on data preservation, forensic collection, investigations, data analytics, data protection and privacy implementation, proportionality, cost and scope, discovery procedures and review. He has extensive experience in performing and presenting all components in a forensically sound, documented and defensible manner.
Mr Brun has contributed to dozens of large-scale intellectual property theft investigations, litigation, competition and cartel matters involving government regulators and institutions, including the US Department of Justice (DOJ), SFO, US Congress and European Commission Competition Directorate. These matters have covered business sectors including reinsurance, air transport, construction, energy, freight and shipping, financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, information technology, gaming and real estate.
