Dr. Shampanier has worked on class action, false advertisement, consumer safety, trademark, trade dress, and patent infringement cases, as well as antitrust and healthcare matters. These cases have spanned a wide variety of products and industries, including consumer products, banking, cryptocurrency, high tech, social media, online retail, entertainment, hospitality, luxury, and auto industries.
