Jeannie Kim Wong is an associate director at BRG.
She has more than twenty years of experience in litigation consulting and has expertise in intellectual property (IP) damages, economic damages, business insurance claims, and public policy issues. She has extensive experience managing litigation cases and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Mrs. Wong’s work focuses on IP valuations and analysis of claims for infringement damages. This includes determining reasonable royalty rates and performing patent portfolio valuations. In addition, she assesses and calculates potential lost profits attributed to the infringement.
Mrs. Wong has led teams in the preparation of dozens of businesses and homeowner insurance claims related to California wildfires. She has assisted clients in recovering from wildfire impacts to their personal and business properties, ecological resources, and business income streams.
