Richard Finkelman, Angela O’Neal, Martha Louks, and Hitesh Patel discussed ways to achieve better outcomes from the electronically stored information (ESI) agreement process as it relates to technology assisted review and artificial intelligence (AI).

BRG, Relativity, and ACEDS cohosted the event, which tackled the second-most important finding of BRG’s inaugural Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning survey and report, namely that ESI agreements are poorly constructed to deal with AI technology.
