Kenny Grant provides advisory services, privileged consulting, and expert witness testimony, both domestic and international, for energy clients in the oil, natural gas, and electricity sectors.
He specializes in matters concerning competition, valuation, regulatory and market design, and antitrust.
Mr. Grant has provided written and oral testimony before international tribunals and US authorities. He has submitted testimony on behalf of major oil and natural gas companies related to the value of hydrocarbons; refining, processing, and transportation assets; and damages stemming from contractual disputes; and he has managed efforts in complex energy-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory proceedings, and multi-client disputes. His recent work has focused on the public policy and market implications of the increasing integration of renewables into the domestic energy supply portfolio, the impact of regulatory actions on wholesale electricity and natural gas prices, and the assessment of the market value of energy and power-related assets.
